Yash (born Naveen Kumar Gowda on 8 January 1986), is an Indian film actor who primarily works in Kannada films. He is known as the Rocking star of Kannada film industry, mostly due to his handsome looks, superior fighting and dancing skills.^[1] Prior to films, he appeared in TV Tele-series in various channels.^[2]

After acting in few Television serials, Yash made his on screen debut in a supporting role in Jambada Hudugi in 2007. His second film in 2008, Moggina Manasu in which he played the male lead role opposite Radhika Pandit emerged a commercial success and earned him Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor. Yash went on to star in many commercially successful films such as Modalasala (2010), Rajadhani (2011), Kirataka (2011), Lucky (2012), Jaanu(2012), Drama (2012), Googly (2013), Raja Huli (2013) and Gajakesari (2014).
